I'm trying to troubleshoot a clockface issue with a user in Norway. She has a Versa2. I compiled the clockface an hour ago using the recently released SDK4. Is it possible that her Versa2 hasn't received the Firmware for 4.0.2 yet, or does it ship with OS 4, or do all new Versa2 watches go straight to OS 4 upon initial setup?

It ships with 4.x. It's possible that her mobile app is outdated if it won't let her install your clock.
