I'm not sure why I'm finding this so hard to find out, but which fitbit devices allow access to raw gyro data?

You can only get gyro data via the API, so it's not exactly 'raw'.

Use the product specs in the Fitbit store to see which devices have gyroscopes.

Ionic and Versa 1 allow access to batched gyroscopic readings, which sounds like what you're looking for.

The Versa 2 does not, but the battery life is better because of this among other reasons.

In my experience, the trade off is a good one.
