Why am I seeing the same ActivityId re-appear day after day but with different data?

Hiya, does anyone know if the ActivityId is unique? one would assume it is, but I am seeing the same person with fitness data spanning 4-5 days all with recurring IDs.

sorted, rookie error, it appears it relates to an activity type and not the actual activity
