Hi, I recieved a rejection notice that read :
"Dear James, After reviewing the Night Light app, we found out that it cannot be installed while Ionic is connected to an iOS device. Please consult the following link for more information: https://dev.fitbit.com/legal/app-gallery-guidelines/ We hope this will not discourage you from creating and submitting any ideas that you might have in the future. Kind regards, Fitbit Team"
I am not James, and my app was not a night light. My app is a speed and heading dashboard for sailors. How can I get my application re-reviewed?

Interesting... that's my app! I came across this post while looking for information on installing my own app from the app gallery for testing on the iOS.
Would someone please point me to the docs or describe how I can install my app using the iPhone fitbit app so I can determine the problem? This is a very simple app with no companion app.

We're looking into this now. These apps aren't installing for the review team. We'll let you know when we have an update.
Best AnswerHi John,
Thanks for the feedback. I currently have the app installed on an ionic that's connected to a iOS device and it's working properly.
Could you provide logs (if available) from the review team that is trying to install so that I can help to investigate the issue? otherwise I'm not sure how to fix without being able to replicate.
jlongo, you can send the app link(get this in the Gallery App Manager) to yourself through email. Check email on your iOS device and click the link. It will deeplink you into the fitbit app to install your nightlight application onto your device. This should be similar to the flow a use would use once the app is published and reviewed.
Hi John, Fyi: I am having the experience as che-effe. Installing on my iOS device (iPhone - iOS 9.2.1) is working without issue.

The review team will return on Monday, and we'll pick this up then. It doesn't appear to be an issue with your apps. Hang tight!
