not able to write same text while creating clock face

Hey , 

I was trying to build a clock face. In that clock face I am trying to use text in Hindi language can someone tell me how can I do that ?

Secondly, What if I want the text be dynamic so that user can set that while adding clock face . Any suggestions how will that work?

I don't think you can get the user to specify text before the clockface has been installed. However, you can use a <TextInput> in your settings page, send that to your clockface using messaging or file transfer, and apply it to the <text> element on the watch.
