peerSocket openning twice

Has anyone run into an issue where peerSocket opens twice? It was working fine suddenly today peerSocket  openned twice and now it is executing the api calls twice. I tried deleting the app and restarting the app and nothing seems to help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had to delete my app completely from the device and companion app by going to Fitbit mobile app.

I had to delete my app completely from the device and companion app by going to Fitbit mobile app.
