size of slider in settings

hello the community

 

I'm trying to ad a slider in settings page

 

the size of the slider do not use the full width of cellular phone (in simulator or on my phone)

I try to increase maximum value, of to ad equivalent options like for label with non success.

do you know how to increase thise size?
