Hi, my current fitbit has stopped working & my mum has given me her sense 2 becasue she has gotten a replacement. I have tried to pair it to my phone but its saying that its locked. I contacted support who said they cant help becasue it was replaced under warrenty. I have been looking online & i can see articles mentioing removing the old fitbit from the account. If she removed the old fitbit from her account will this then allow me to pair it to mine? Also to remove the old one would she just go into the phone/watch icon shes not very tech savy so ill need to do this for her but just dont want to delete her current one

Since you can not have two trackers connected to one account, there should not be an old tracker to remove. However, she probably still has the old tracker paired with Bluetooth and this bond must be forgotten.
As for locked, I don't have an answer. My feeling is that it is her tracker, and she should be able to give it to someone
