Hello to all. Hoping someone can help with my new sense 2 watch and the alarm.

1. I set my alarm to 6am wake up
2 my alarms app tells me that my  bedtime alarm will next wake me at 5.45am
3. I don't have the smart wake turned on.
4. When I delete the alarm completely the 5.45am is still active and I cannot remove or get rid of it.
5. I do not want to be woken at 5.45am
6.  Frustrating.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the alarm in your Sense 2.

My best recommendation would be checking and following the steps in this article, specifically in 'How do I delete or turn off alarms on my Fitbit device?'. I'm positive this will help you.
