3rd Fitbit device and the worst. (Bluetooth connection)

I've been incredibly loyal to Fitbit, having used the Charge 2, Versa 2, and now the Sense 2. I got Sense 2 last Black Friday and I loved it at first. However, I find myself longing to return to the Versa 2 instead of sticking with the Sense 2.

The primary reason for this desire is the Bluetooth connection. It consistently fails, forcing me to repeatedly disable and enable Bluetooth in my phone's settings just to sync the Sense 2 with my phone. This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating and has left me with a strong aversion towards it.

I want to emphasize that my device is up-to-date with the latest updates, and I've tried removing and reconnecting the device multiple times to no avail. Despite my efforts, the problem remains unchanged. The suggested solution of "turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on" seems to be the only remedy, and I'm growing increasingly weary of this repetitive task. Why should I have to do that every few hours simply to sync my device and phone?

It's important to note that this issue is not isolated to my phone. Both my previous phone, the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and my current phone, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, have experienced the same syncing issue with the Sense 2. This is a problem I rarely encountered with the Versa 2 and Charge 2, making it all the more frustrating.

Hi @SRAJLA - firstly it is probably not a good idea to have your watch connectible on more than one device, as this can possibly complicate syncing. Turn the Bluetooth off on the other devices and restart the watch may help.

Secondly if your watch has the latest firmware it can be an issue see Sense 2 Firmware Update 194.61
