Afyer restart sense shows get started screen

My fitbit sometimes stops counting steps at almost the goal... so i restart it those times,  and it starts working. This time I restarted it, and something went wrong:

The fitbit logo screen was flashing, than the red cross appeared. After that the "get started" screen appeared,  and there is nothing else is happening.. 

Please advise on this issue.

Hi @InnaAd - is it possible you did a factory reset? So the watch now shows the multilingual setup screen.

If so, in the Fitbit App, run the set up for a replacement watch.

Hi, I contacted customer support,  she was confused and thought that my firbir was already replaced by warranty,  which is not true... i purchased it in the end of July 2023... while she was checking on her side  I was doing setup on my app .and when I entered validation number in my app, I got a following screen 

I provided it on the chat, so the customer service lady told she will pass this issue to a higher level of support... she wouldn't give me any explanation 😔
