Alarm app missing from Sense 2

The alarm app is suddenly missing from my Sense 2. I searched the Forums specifically under the Sense 2 category but that’s not working either as I am getting answers for different watches and etc. I use the alarm to wake up in the morning. Its suddenly gone. I’ve restarted my watch already. My watch is only a month old. Need specific instructions on how to get the alarm app on my watch again.

Hi @Twilightfire  - the first thing to do is hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

When you push the button make sure it's definitely in or not in the list.

If it is a temporary problem it will come back, if not, sync the watch with the Fitbit App and in the Gallery tile it may be possible to download it again but if not a factory reset may be required.
