Day 2 of my new sense 2. I had the alarm tile, set some early alarms which are still active, but the alarm tile has disappeared so I can't switch them off. Where are they, how do I get them to reappear?

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly.

What you suggest didn't work.

I did however find the solution within the Fitbit community.

There are two options:

1. The sleep tile reverts to an alarm tile late into the night, probably
when you set your bedtime, or, when you set sleep mode.

2. The better option is to lightly press the side button when all the apps
appear (Alarm is a built in app)

Thanks again for getting back to me so promptly.

Kind regards,
Patricia Dixon

Hi @PatriciaR It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Allow me to help you manage your alarms on our Sense 2.

You should be able to access the alarm tile by swiping down the clock face:

If you don't see the alarm tile, i recommend to restart your Sense 2:

- Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

I hope these tips will be helpful for you to get back on track!

Thanks David.

You may be very interested to hear of a problem I had with previous Fitbits
over a 3 year period.

I have Carpal Tunnel in both wrists and wear wrist supports which covered
the Fitbits.

Over that 3 year period I had over 9 Fitbits (Surge, Versa 2)

I had a variety of problems; stopped swiping to the right and left; stopped
swiping up and down; the glass popped out; left button stopped working; the
data recorded was wrong (calories, steps etc)

It was only when I considered whether the wrist supports were to blame and
I cut the supports away from the watch face did the issue stop (my last
Versa 2 did break down when the watch face popped out (happened previously
too) hence the purchase of my latest Fitbit Sense 2.

Perhaps you can add this to the general knowledge of Fitbit devices and
included in the information and wear guide.

Kind regards,

Hi again @PatriciaR. Thank you for sharing your experience wearing our Fitbit devices. This may be useful for people wearing the same accessory as yours.

Since the title of this thread is basically related to an alarm tile that is missing, it might not be that easy to find your message. For that reason, i think it would be better to create a new thread to share your thoughts about it.

Thank you for being such a loyal Fitbit user. Have a wonderful day !
