I have a sense 2 which is only about 6 weeks old. The alarms just don’t go off sometimes. It’s so random, sometimes they go off and sometimes they don’t. It’s bizarre.
I see from the forums this is not uncommon.
would Fitbit refund me as the watch isn’t really fit for purpose? Not happy with a £180 watch with features that are so unreliable

My alarms do go off, but the vibration is so low, that, at first, I barely notice it.

Hi @Weesmiler - as @Rich_Laue says it may be the weak vibration.
Though other people report a problem with alarms too, so there may be an issue.
You can see if they are working by making a test.
Set an alarm for 2 minutes from now and watch to see if it works
For those one off alarms you think haven't worked go into Alarms and see if they are red which means they were triggered. An alarm that is triggered will be vibrate for a minute then snooze. There may be a limit to the number of snoozes before it stops.
In any case try restarting the watch in case there is a temporary problem of them not triggering but you may not be able to rely on them because of the weak vibration, even when set in strong.
