My Sense 2 only tracks my steps and not very well.
I've tried adjusting the strap to fit looser and tighter.
Neither helped. Nor does it track my sleep nor my heart rate.
Those are the two main things I bought it for.
Disappointing...

Hi @JustRucking - it seems something is wrong with the watch or the clock face you have chosen.
First try switching to a Fitbit clock face and if that is one you are using you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
