The alarms tile has disappeared from my Sense 2. The alarms app appears to be installed. You can go to it in Apps. But there is no tile for it. Any thoughts on how to reset all the tiles? The obvious 'Add a Tile' doesn't offer a way to add it back.
I have factory reset the Sense 2, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app (on Android). Also deleted the device from the Fitbit app, and added it once more as a new device.
Assistance most welcome.

Actually there is no Alarm tile, only Sleep tile. During day it shows last sleep, during night you see alarm for next morning. And if you can not see sleep tile, then I do not know.
At this point I'd just assume they are gonna get rid of the alarm feature all together. 3 months from now it will literally just be a digital watch. No documentation (what there is conflicts with itself), no staff, no support agents that understand the product they are "supporting". Its pretty awesome stuff.
Have you tried all the usual fixes, such as restarting the watch, restarting the phone? If that doesn't bring it back, did you try unpairing the watch (turn bluetooth off for watch), logging out of Fitbit app, hard quitting app, restarting...blah blah? Finally, if all else fails, you can go into the app and click on Remove this Sense 2 and then re-add it and start over. This will turn off Fitbit Pay and Alexa, but it's easy to re-add those. I don't understand why you can't see alarms; they never disappeared for me and it works fine. Good luck!
Best AnswerYep - tried all that stuff. Silly me, I had tried to remove the Weather tile. I think the Alarms tile disappeared instead. Alarms and Weather are 'built-in' apps, you cannot uninstall them. So the usual 'Manage Tiles' stuff doesn't seem to work for them.
Best AnswerJust checked mine and true no Alarm tile and in the manage tiles part of the app I can't add the Alarms tile as I believe 8 is the max you can have. Did you try to delete one of the tiles and then click the add tile button? In mine the Alarm tile doesn't show up but that may be because 8 is the max numbers of tiles. For me the only other one that I deem as useless is the stress management. Try deleting a tile and get it down to 7 and see if the Alarm tile is available for adding. Otherwise I agree this starts to look more and more like a headless chicken show.
Best AnswerThanks for clearing that up about the Alarm tiles. I set up my watch the long press to bring up the alarms which is good enough for me. Sometimes it does make sense what was implemented by the manufacturer, show last sleep during the day and alarm during night works for me.

Hi everyone, it's good to see you here. @moothee Thanks for your help.
Thanks for taking the time to report this situation, as well as the steps tried prior to posting. Let me clarify that the Sense 2 should have an Alarms app which allows you to set new alarms, or manage the ones existing. For more information, see this help article.
That being said, if the Alarms app is still not appearing on your watch, please let me know so I can investigate and continue helping you.
I've tried everything but still have no alarm icon on my new sense2
Press and hold the button on the side. It will give you the option to select alarm. Then i guess you have to do that every time rather than just making it a tile. Which is moderately annoying. I may switch back to the Sense. Can't find timer either.
Please review the Best Answer in this post, it explains how the Sleep/Alarm tile works. You can always reach Alarms by bringing up the Apps through a quick press on the button. If you have no Sleep tile, you can add it through the Gallery.
Best AnswerI am not sure I'd you figured this out, but I was struggling because sometimes I could see it and then couldn't find it. I JUST figured it out! When your display is on, hit the side button and it will be there.

@DWCRW It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for your efforts and please try restarting your watch to refresh its performance. Once that it's done, press the button to open All Apps > Alarms app. Then, swipe up and tap + New Alarm to set your alarm time. For more instructions, see this help article.
About your other question, let me explain that the Agenda app isn't available for the Sense 2. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend voting for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration for future improvements.
Best AnswerFinally! This was helpful, thanks! The sleep/alarm day/night thing is annoying for those of us who remember to set your alarm during the daytime. Maybe that's just me. However I've also had my new Sense 2 for 4 days and the alarm hasn't gone off yet? I'm assuming it's because if you wake up before the alarm time it doesn't go off, but I guess I'll wait to see if I ever sleep right up to it.
