The Alexa app is not listed in the available apps on my Sense 2.

Is it no longer available or how do I get it please?

Thanks for the link to the manual.
I have followed those instructions several times, but when get to sign in
with Amazon and after filling in my username, password and completing the
puzzle I get an error code as shown in the attached image.
