Hello! I've read and tried all the troubleshooting suggestions for connecting alexa assistant to my fitbit. It shows up on my watch, and it also in my fitbit app. I follow the steps to set it up, but it tells me there is an error connecting to amazon. I've done everything that has been suggested. I live in the US and speak English. So that's not the issue. I'm pretty frustrated with it 🙃 Help me!! 😅

Hi @Joannalee74, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you setup the voice assistant on your Sense 2.
If you can't sign in to your Amazon account during setup, try to clear the cookies on your phone and try again to set up Alexa in the Fitbit app.
You can clear the cookies on your android mobile by following the instructions in our help article Clear cache & cookies.

Hi David! Thanks for your response. I tried that yesterday, and again this morning after I read your suggestion. It still doesn't work. I've also tried restarting both my phone and fitbit. I keep getting the same error.

I have the exact same problem and have tried all the suggestions and nothing works.
samsung s25 ultra, sense 2, just keep getting the same picture as above.
Reinstalled numerous times, everything up to date.
£1500 phone and paying for fitbit premium and it won't even connect calls via wrist, nevermind alexa. Time to jump ship to a better (fully working) product.

Customer Care Team.
We are more than glad to continue assisting you with your case about On-Wrist call controls that won't connect and the Alexa Voice Assistant that can't be set up for your Sense 2.
Your Sense 2 firmware is not up-to-date which likely explains why these features are temporarily unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience. The update is currently loading in the background so that your watch can be updated soon. It may take a few days though so we really appreciate your patience.
To check for firmware updates and update the watch:
1). With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app on your phone.
2). Tap the Today tab then the icon in the upper left corner (The battery level) then tap Sense 2.
3). Tap Sync Now and then tap the pink Update tracker button. This option will only appear once it becomes available to you ( Once the loading process completes)
4). Follow the on-screen instructions.
Hopefully it will take care of it.
I was sent this 11th March but still no newer firmware update yet.
