Alexa not audible on Sense 2

audio settings are also turned on I have verified my audio settings but I cannot get any sound from Alexa on my Sense 2. No problem getting a response from Alexa on my Android phone, just can't get it on my watch. Has anyone else had this and have any success in getting it to work?

I'm assuming that you can read Alexa's response. Make sure that DND and Sleep mode are disabled. Both will turn the speaker off. 

Note: that if you have set up a sleep schedule. Sleep mode may be left on. The sleep schedule will control the sleep mode. I would confirm the sleep schedule.

Thank you for your answer. I have confirmed that neither DND nor sleep
schedule are the reason I'm not getting any sound. When Alexa answers I can
hear a very small staticky sound, but that's it. You are correct I can read
the response but I would really like to hear the response. When I first got
my watch, this worked fine but it has stopped working for some unknown
reason. Still looking for a solution, thank you for your help.
