Another Fitbit - another problem. Sense 2 heart rate not working

I’m honestly not even surprised I’m posting about yet another problem. I’ve lost count of the amount of fitbits that have developed issues. 

my sense 2 has stopped recording my heart rate, it looks like it’s been like this for around the last month. 

I’ve followed the advice on the forums here and it’s still not working. It seems to be reading it but not syncing it

Hi @squigglebit - if the watch is working correctly that's already good.

However there are all sorts of connection and syncing issues since the new unstable V4 Fitbit App that was released in September 2023, depending on which version is installed.

Sometimes to help, Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

It should be noted that the connection/syncing issues are not just related to with the watch, it can be also be internet or Fitbit server related, so try syncing multiple times.
