 They didn't let us know when we ordered the fitbit then they sold us a watch which for all intents and purposes is defective.

Hello @googleassist and welcome to the Community.  If you bought your Sense 2 from Fitbit, please contact Support for a return authorization.  If you bought it from a different store, then return it there in their return window.
