I have a Sense 2 and jr was working beautifully. After the last firmware update and moving my account to google, my battery seems to drain twice as fast (I’ve done all the things suggested - turn off GPS, dim brightness, etc., but all but the GPS was already “off” anyway), and the app won’t let me sync my device unless I first turn Bluetooth off and then back on.
To add to that, I’m now not getting sleep and stress management scores in the app for the last three days, and the RHR calculations look off based on what my HR actually was.
Is it just me or has this been happening to others, too?

That sounds like something has gone very wrong, either with the firmware update, or the watch itself. Either way, I'd be returning it for repair or replacement.

When was the last update. In the last 2 weeks my watch now only last a little over 24 hours when it used to last a week. Also constantly having to disconnect and pair again. I was wondering if this was what was draining the battery

I think the firmware update was a month or more ago. Maybe in July? I just this morning updated the app to the latest version so I’m hoping those “bug fixes and performance improvements” solve the issues. If not I’m contacting the company since I’ve had it less than a year and it shouldn’t be performing this poorly out of nowhere. Almost makes me wish I had gone for the Apple Watch like my husband did, but to be fair, this is the first real problem I’ve ever had with any Fitbit I’ve ever owned.

This has happened to me, SO frustrated! Have done ALL the things over and over trying to fix it. Even if I try to manually add sleep, it just disappears. Did you find a fix?
