5 days ago I tracked my exercise. When I held finish to end it and to Exercise to see map it  appeared to still be downloading.  It still is downloading and the page is frozen so I can’t do anything on or leave it unless I swipe off the Fitbit app.  How do I stop the downloading or whatever is happening!?

Let's clarify. Is the bug you seeing in the app? Do you use Android? Is the bug looking something like this thread? If so the only remedy I know is to force close the app (not just swipe it off but force close) and then it may work again. As of version 3.81 the bug still exists and has been successfully ignored by Fitbit so you may need to learn to live with it.

 

If the issue is something else you need to get into more details as nothing else comes to my mind.
