App now back…but data didn’t populate!

Hello,

So this morning the FitBit app was crashing the moment I opened it on both the iPhone and my iPad. I used the chat and was told this was the case for many users. Now it IS back … but my sleep data, Health Metrics and Heart Rate data has not populated. Have any of you had this issue? Can we get the data back?

Hi @kbmm - thanks for reporting the issue is resolved.

 

Have you tried to logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window?

 

Then restart the phone and login, wait for any pair and link prompts and sync, the data may populate, however if in troubleshooting you shutdown the watch the data may be lost.
