Unable to Setup New Sense 2

Hi! I have a Pixel 5a, and I recently got a Sense 2.however,I am unable to Setup the new Sense 2 on my phone. The Sense 2 is on and on the new screen that tells you to download the app, and my phone keeps telling me to set up the new device (so Bluetooth is one), but the app keeps saying it can't be found.

 

I've read all forum posts and such, but nothing is working. Thanks in advance!

Hi @arpoe - you can't setup Bluetooth for the Sense 2, go to the Fitbit App, click profile photo, top left, then "+ Set up a Device" and install it. The process will find the device and set it up so the app can talk to it.

@arpoe  - there must be a specific problem, probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
