App on sense 2

Why is there not a calculator app that can we add on the interface of ur Fitbit sense 2. I buy when it was new but now after one year I can’t install a calculator app or just Spotify. I’m sad about it.

Hi @Xelfy - the new OS was not fully finished and as you say after a year nothing has changed, the Sense 2 and Versa 4 does not support additional apps. Fitbit doesn't allow others to freely develop for this model. There are many good apps and clocks in the Gallery for the Versa 2/3 and Sense though.

Yes I’m sad but I like my watch it will be in there best to add additional app but what can we do.

@Xelfy - if you are still in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds and then get a Sense which has apps an other features and is a more complete package.

Like I said I buy it one years ago but it okay I like my watch.
