Help! I have my settings set to ignore all activity and not auto detect my exercise, but it keeps detecting on its own. How to I get it to stop?

Go to the Exercise App on the Sense 2. Find the workout type it is recognizing.  Swipe up on it; find Auto Start and turn it off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks! Hopefully, it'll stay turned off 🙂

There's a bunch of special options you can turn on only by using the Exercise App.  Auto Start makes it so all those options will go on without having to go through starting the Exercise App.  But when they added this, they turned it on by default without making it widely known.
