Hi.
I bought a Fitbit Sense 2. It charges to 100% with no problem. After some use, when it reaches 89%, it doesn't go down this value. What can I do?
Note: I bought this watch second hand. The guy I bought from said it used for 9 days, didn't like put it aside for a year. He tried to sell since then but never managed to do it (Fitbit not very popular around here...). The smartwatch is like new. No signs of use.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @SunsetRunner!
Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected.
The first thing to try whenever your device will not behave the way it should is restarting it to see if things are OK afterwards. Before doing so please make sure you've synced your device with the Fitbit app to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then keep you Sense 2's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
You could also let the battery of your Sense 2 drain to the point where it'll shut down. Then give it a full charge which most likely will take quite some time as the battery will be deep discharged at this point.

Restarting didn't solve the problem. But the next day it was at 88%. I'm trying to drain the battery but it takes so long because I'm not a power user.
But today the battery gave me another strange signal. When it was at 33% I received a warning low battery... In the app is still says battery medium. Is it really at 33%?
I'll drain the battery (might take a few more days) and then charge it at 100% But the fact the watch was not used for one year, from the previous owner, might be the cause for this erratic behaviour.
I suspect it will turn itself off way before it reaches 0%. For now it's been at 33% all morning.

Thanks for reporting back, @SunsetRunner.
Low battery warning on my Versa 4 is similar and usually appears at a little above 30 percent. So that seems to be fine with your device.
