Battery draining and red x

Have a sense 2 which is around 18 months old. The battery has suddenly started draining quickly which means I am having to charge it on a daily basis. I have done numerous resets and get a red X on the screen each time. I have also done a factory reset, deleted the Fitbit app on phone and reinstalled it. I have done everything suggested in similar posts in the forum but it is still not working properly. Can you help please?!

Same thing started happening to me. Everything was working great prior to the most recent update from June.

I am having the exact same issue, and went through all of the suggested steps as well. Charged my watch to 100% last night before I went to bed. It’s 5:30am and it’s already down to 75%. It is also frequently disconnecting from my phone, and this morning when I looked at it the time was incorrect! It fixed once I synced it but if it can’t even keep time at this point it’s worthless.

Same thing is happening to me. I charged mine last night, and minutes after taking it off the charger and just walking downstairs and it’s down to 78%, then after playing a sport it randomly shut off like it was dead. But 10 seconds in the charge it’s back up to 60%.
