Sense 2 metal strip fell off

One of the metal strips fell off my sense 2. 

I have arranged for a replacement but I'm unable to return the damaged watch and I'm getting nowhere with CS.

I don't have a printer to generate a label

There's no option for the qr code to be scanned in my town either at the post office or DHL collection point

In order for DHL to collect from my address I need a printer  and it will cost £15 +

I bought the watch from Currys online who have offered to arrange the postage but only if I visit the store which is 6 miles away and I don't drive.

Help! I'm getting really upset about this and customer services are no help at all.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, but you will have to follow the instructions given to you by Customer Service.  This is a user-to-user forum, so there is no other way that we can offer to assist.

With that said, you mentioned you don't have access to a printer, do you have access to your local library?  Many of them have printers you can use for free or low cost.

As @DramaQueenDiva mentioned, please follow our Customer Support instructions. Try asking help from a friend or a family member to print out the label and start the return process.
