Went to check the time and my screen went black. Tried all the tips and tricks given to me by support and nothing worked. Wouldn't sync, screen stayed black, pretty much no response other than a vibrate. My phone wouldn't even recognize the watch even though I just synced it and used the alarm. After everything I got a replacement sent out but wondering if anyone else had this issue. The watch is only a couple months old.

Sounds like it's a battery issue. Have you tried charging it for 2 hours?
