Charged my Fitbit last night...went to put it on and the screen came on for a second or so then went dark...have tried cleaning the sensor and doing a hard reset to no avail. Is it toast?

it said it got 6 days battery life?
it is not detecting my sleep and it is losing battery fast now
I just bought this early April as a bday gift for myself… disappointed

Hi @PoodietheCat - it could have failed or simply not charged. Before replacing the watch check the instructions in this link. How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If this doesn't help you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi @Kinokooo - there may also be a problem with the watch but if you used GPS during an exercise it only has a quoted duration of 5 hours so can cause rapid drain.
Try another full charge and turn off GPS if you exercise.
If not improved did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
Or you can get it replaced under warranty if faulty and to verify that you can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Adding on to what @Guy_ mentioned, both of you have issues either with the charger or the device itself. To determine if it's a faulty battery, you could contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for a Battery Test. This will help diagnose what's actually happening and would give us a better idea of what to advise you to do next.
