Brand New Sense 2 not updating

I just bought my wife a sense 2. It updated to old firmware. She's visually impaired so she needs the zoom feature that came with the current updates. There is no firmware update available in the app. We have reset everything, restarted, updated the app, contacted support, all to no avail. We are going to return it tomorrow if we can't figure it out. I figured i would ask here first.

Hi @mikec86 - when you set-up a new watch it may not install the latest firmware.

You should get a prompt in a few days for it to update but if you factory reset it it will install the latest firmware now.

You'll find the option in watch Settings.
