Brand new Fitbit Sense 2 many issues with functionality

I bought this brand new fitbit sense 2 a few days ago (had a versa 3). 

I have had all kinds of issues with it. It doesn't always sync with my phone (I have to close the app right down every time) It does not record the SPO2 (app is showing as unavailable). It randomly records sleep and other stats. 

What is wrong with it? I expect paying £220 from Curry's fir this watch, for it to work properly. Then I discovered there will only be support for this for another year or so.

Is this watch worth having or shall I return it given it isn't working properly? Why is your app so bad?

For the SP02 feature, I've heard it's region based.  To check and see if it's available in your area, you can check the Google store .

For the syncing issue, please check to see if there's any sofware or firmware updates that need to be installed on the phone.

As far as randomly recording sleep, without more details, I can't assist there.  However, you can edit your sleep log as needed .
