I just bought a Sense 2 and I can connect the watch to my IPhone. I have done the following;
- I turned on and off my Bluetooth on my phone
- Restarted both iPhone and Sense 2
- I have factory restarted my watch, even though. its brand new
- I uninstalled the App and reinstalled
what am i missing here?

Hello there @PourPancho, nice to see new members around!
I really appreciate all the effort you've invested in describing the steps you've already taken. Please note that this isn't a common issue and actually sounds quite unusual.
I'm guessing you've already returned the device to the store, and I'm sorry to hear that. In any case, I'd like to suggest you take a look at the steps described here. You might find some helpful advice for this particular issue.
