It does but it’s not as easy as on previous Sense Fitbit, you have to go into the today screen on your watch and scroll down to find it. I’d really like a clock face that shows hourly steps too but not found one yet? Please correct me if you come across one
Hope this helps! Have a healthy, happy and active year!
Hello @Cyn6 and welcome to the Community. Your hourly steps are available as one of your Today stats, except that Fitbit changed how it works. You can get to your Today screen by tapping on the tile in @richwolf's screenshot (that's your Core Stats tile), tapping on your Main Goal tile or by short pressing the button and opening the Today app. Swipe up on that screen and add Hourly activity, if not already there.
Fitbit changed how this feature works with the Sense and Versa 4. Instead of seeing your running hourly total throughout the hour, you only see your progress and steps left if you get the 10 minute vibration. You might have 25 steps or all 250. You just don't know until you get the vibration.
I don't know why Fitbit thinks this is an upgrade, but it certainly isn't one.

I've got this clock face. It's very customizable with colors and what you want in all the various spots. It wasn't free, but it wasn't insanely expensive either. It's called Arrows by Lignite

Hi, as @auntpurple41398 has mentioned you may find clock faces which partially solve the new V4 Fitbit App problems by showing hourly steps directly on the clock face which can be seen at a glance.
I use SimpleClockPro which shows how many steps done (or left to do ) for the hour, how many active hours done and left to do, and the steps history for each hour of the day, more importantly it gives you multiple reminders to move so you keep active and other features.
