Burning too much calories

I feel like I’m burning too many calories. My partner has an Apple Watch and we do similar workouts and the calories have MASSIVE differences. Is anyone else having these issues? 

I’m tracking all my “IN” calories and it takes out the ”OUT” calories as it should but my goal is to gain weight in muscle so it’s important that it is accurate for me to meet my goal. 
 Any dev recommendations?

Keep in mind Fitbit include your BMR calorie burn, generally more than half of daily calorie burn.  I have no idea about  Apple Watch.  Other than that, your comments are too general to go much on.
