Sense 2 - When Do Heart Rhythm Assessments report become available?

Recently purchased a Sense 2.  After taking an ECG, there appears to be a delay in the Heart Rhythm Assessment report becoming available. Can someone explain why this information would not be available as soon as the ECG is complete?

From my own experience the ECG assessment is available immediately. 

Have you gone onto the Fitbit phone app and tried the following? Select the "Discover" tab on the bottom bar - scroll down to "Assessments and reports" - "Heart rate assessment" - "View results" - then select the assessment you want to view/download.

Yes, I have followed those steps and it some times takes many hours until
the report is available.

I find I don't have to, but try forcing a sync.
