I have recently purchased a Fitbit sense 2  I have tried several times to get the calls n texts to come through. It has paired successfully but on Bluetooth says not connected  I have tried a few snags on this from reading on here but nothing works. Any fresh ideas would be appreciated thanks

I have the problem with my Sense 2. I watched a YT video, and it says you need the App open (surely not, not with Bluetooth and WiFi). I also can't send notifications from my watch to my phone (Google pixel 7a).
