I just opened my new Sense 2, charged it, and went to connect it to my app. I made sure to remove my old one and “forget” it with my Bluetooth on my phone.
My app says “Sense 2 Not Found” when trying to pair, and my watch never leaves the screen that tells me to download the app.
I have tried the following:
force stop app, restart watch, turn Bluetooth off and back on, restart phone. Nothing works.

Hey there @Newborns, nice to see new members around! Thanks a lot for the steps you have taken so far, much appreciated!
Let's get your new Sense 2 ready to track! To do this, could you please try updating your Fitbit app? We just released the latest version, 4.35, for iOS devices.

According to my App Store, my app is the most up to date.
edit: I checked again and updated it. Still not pairing with my watch.

Thanks @Newborns, for the update!
In this case, I'd like to try with some specific steps:
If by any chance do you still have any other device linked to the account, do not remove it! Just press on the option to add more devices and replace the old device with your Sense 2.
