New Sense 2 I got a week ago and I ended up buying a watch face because my fave one wasn't supported anymore for this watch (total bummer). And the calories burned goal is completely wrong and multiplying by 10. I usually don't use that feature but noticed it when I paid for a clock face. I reached out to the developer who emailed me back a quote from fitbit saying that were aware and it would be fixed in the next firmware update.... but when is that update coming?? It really is so annoying as well that they told the developer they've got the new update already but it's not public knowledge yet.

You say you don't care about the number of calories consumed per day. In general, it makes sense unless you are going to put on, or lose weight. My best advice is not to let yourself be upset over errors on a function you do not use. 😉
It is impossible to guess when the first firmware update will be released, but guess it will arrive before Christmas.
"It really is so annoying as well that they told the developer they've got the new update already but it's not public knowledge yet", you got this in an e-mail? Can you take ascreenshot and post it here please?

I did not say I didn't care about the calories number. I actually said it was not a feature that I used a lot, as I track my calories through a different app. But now that I paid for the clock face, I looked more into the stats. I will post the screen shot in next comment.

It won't let me post the image saying it contains something not permitted.

Fitbit Sense 2 does not support third-party apps whatsoever. It's unbeliavable that Fitbit has not removed them from the app gallery.
I also think it's bad of the developer of the watch face you bought not to give you the facts. Fitbit has not provided third-party developers with access to development tools for neither Versa 4 nor Sense 2.
You have reason to be annoyed when neither Fitbit nor the app developer tells you the facts.

Well actually there are TONS of clock faces that are by the developers and this one was being honest with me, as she had no reason to lie. Another developer that I know in the UK explained that they're allowed but they need to be very specific. Anyways, this is far from the point of the matter.

I have been wearing my Sense 2 for about a week and have the same issue with Calories burned. Apparently, I burned 1377 calories last night according to Fitbit while sleeping. I hope this is fixed soon. Not good when my fitness tracker doesn't track accurately.
