I've just purchased the sense 2 after not owning a Fitbit for a long time. I have a google phone and thought it would be good now google have integrated with Fitbit. Very disappointed. Am I to understand we can't answer the calls on the watch. As I've seen it says we can. Or that noise and snore detection is taken off as a feature? Is anyone else as disappointed and is it worth returning and getting the original sense of versa 3?

I have a brand new Sense 2 and I cannot answer calls from my watch. I've done all of the troubleshooting tips and it still doesn't work. Everything is up to date. I have an Android, the Samsung S22 Plus phone. The Fitbit app is also missing the Google Maps tile and there's no option to add it in the available apps.

After much debate I decided to go for the sense 2 despite reading about problems.  Really disappointed. No Google maps and can't get it to accept wrist calls from fitbit app on Samsung galaxy a53. Have checked and the firmware update quoted is installed.

After 2 days of trying to get this sorted I've had enough. Chose the Sense 2 over samsung as battery better but think I'll return and put up with Samsung battery.

Despite all the troubleshooting done with fitbit chat team, nothing can be done on the answering call function on wrist call. So disappointed. Seems like fitbit and Samsung is not working well.. I am using S21 Ultra 5G.

Yesterday by mistake I answered incoming WhatsApp call and it work.

After I try to recibe mobile to mobile call and it's work fine.

I don't know when this feature was fix.

Last update on my phone was on 14th February UI 5.1 S22 U  but I remember that I tried wasn't working.

I have security patch March and some stabliity fix what I could figured out form a change log.

347 GB.

I hope it will not broke a calling feature.

I did so much research before I bought one but everything it said it could do doesn't same with versa 4 I would love my money back
