Can't change time format on Sense 2

Watch shows time in 24-hr format, App is set for 12-hr format. How to change?

Hi @samjg1 - if you have synced the watch, this is the default setting for the built-in AOD face and can't be changed.

Though a workaround, swipe down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons except brightness [which may or may not work] then when you raise your wrist to see the watch it will show and at the same time you save battery.

If that doesn't fix it try changing the clock face.

@samjg1- it may not have synced properly or changing the face can fix it, as it has to sync to do it.
