Can’t get Hotmail notifications on Sense 2

I’ve tried everything and I can’t get my Hotmail notification on my sense 2 , I’m using iPhone 15 pro and it’s all up to date etc , using the Apple Mail app

Thanks for the details provided, and the steps that you've tried prior to posting. While this is odd, may I know if you link Hotmail with the Apple Mail app? Please note your Sense 2 will receive any notification that arrives at your Mail app. Assuming this is correct, let's try working on this together by doing the following:

1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
3. Go to your iPhone settings and make sure the Mail app includes your Hotmail account
4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
5. Tap Devices > Sense 2 > Notifications > App Notifications. Turn off and back on Mail notifications

Once this is done, try testing your watch to see if you're able to receive Hotmail notifications.
