The fitbit app says to run an EKG from the watch. I don't see the red heart icon they show in the demo. Any idea how I get to it?
Thanks

If your Fitbit does not have the app, you have to go to the gallery in your phone and download it. Depending on which Fitbit you have you may or may not get the EKG app. Hope this helps.

Right, I've got the App installed. The video it had about showed a red heart icon in the middle of my Sense 2. I cannot find anything like that.

Same issue for me! How do I find the app. I already downloaded it.

Short click button - scroll - red ECG heart should be there. Hold finger on glass top right corner and thumb on opposite bottom left glass corner for 20 seconds. As with all screens your fingers need to be warm.
good luck

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
@MrRoundtree and @Lynette347 Thanks for helping our members.
@TonyMan Thanks for sharing this information. As our friends mentioned, just press the button and scroll down to find the ECG app from the App list. Then, tap on it and try taking an ECG reading one more time. If you need more information about this app, please see this help article.
@Claudiawood I'm glad you sorted this out and thanks for your efforts. I hope you enjoy this feature!

Thanks all, I finally got it working. I was at the cardiologist today and was asking about purchasing a Kardia. She pointed at my watch and asked if that could take an ECG? I told her I was trying to get it to work. She suggested I do that before buying anything else.
Now, one last question. Do you only get a PDF if it shows afib? I was in the ECG section of the app and didn’t see anything like a PDF like the watch said after testing.
Thanks again.

I get the message on my watch after the ECG is run. Does it show somewhere on the app on my iPhone/Ipad…ie is there a record somewhere? Everything else is kept on a day to day basis.

At the end of the promotional video Sense 2 v Versa 4 she clearly states you need the Fitbit ECG app but that it is not available in some countries.

It looks as if this product is being mis-sold in UK

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members!
Thanks for sharing your inquiries, and the steps that you've tried so far. You did a great job! Before anything else, let me clarify that the ECG app is available in certain regions, so please make sure that your country appears in the supported countries list. Then, open the Fitbit app, verify if your location is also correctly selected on your profile and try to install it one more time.
@jacksonpemberto Regarding your question, just press the side button once to see all apps installed on your Sense 2, including the ECG app.
@Claudiawood, as @TonyMan mentioned, you can find your ECG readings on the Fitbit app by going to the You tab and tapping View History under ECG. For more information, check the help article shared above.
