Can’t install ECG app on Sense 2 in UK

Hi.

In the past I had the ECG app on my sense 2 and I can see old reports.  

Now I can’t I find it in the app list. If I try to install it under the ECG part of the “You” section it attempts to install but won’t. 

Other apps can be installed or uninstalled without any issue.

I got this installed by turning off my wifi and the iOS app said an app wasn't fully installed and then installed the ECG app.

When I turn WiFi on again it removes the ECG app from the Sense 2. 

If it turn off the WiFi it tries to install it again. 

I can’t have WiFi and ECG app. Why?

Hi @Mando1977 - thanks for debugging this issue.

One possibly is that ECG isn't available in all countries and that you may be using a VPN for your WiFi in a country that doesn't support it.
