I ordered a Fitbit Sense 2 to replace my previous one that stopped working. I placed the order two weeks ago and received an email stating the watch is on backorder and will ship in June. I'd like to know if it is still expected to ship this week or if I should order something else. I've received no communication after the initial email telling me the watch was on backorder.

Hi @BBK_AZ - as this is your first post did you find what caused your previous watch to stop working and explore ways to make it work?
If you want a watch quickly try getting one from a store and cancel your order. An indefinite wait doesn't seem a good approach for something as important as a watch to track your health and see the time.

I'm having the same issue. No one will get back to me. I've tried chatting through support chat and no one will even answer my question.

Same thing with me. I placed an order on June 5, 2024, through a special link with a code, and the Sense 2 is on backorder. Twice now in chats, the representative hasn't been able to tell me anything more than "late June." And yet, if I go to the regular Google Store link, I can order the same Sense 2 (though not at the discounted price I was given) and receive it later this week -- before the end of June. This is terrible customer service.

I went through Fitbit diagnostics with an online person and they determined the watch was broken. They sent me an email offering 30% off my next order since the broken watch was out of warranty. I still haven't heard back from them and now when I call, I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. There is a message that says they can't take phone calls at this time. What is going on Fitbit/Google?

That is my issue too. I used a special link for 30% off since my old watch stopped working. I can't even get the online chat function to offer any information at all and for the last two days, I get a recorded message when I call saying that they can't take calls at this time. I'm ready to cancel. Terrible customer service / support.
