After update # 20001.214.24, the ‘hourly activities’ field is grey and I can’t see it unless I enter into the hourly activities page. Also I can’t see the steps report for the day week, month or year in the steps page. Anyone else experiencing thrips problem?

Having the same issue and filed a bug report yesterday. The tech I chatted with had to escalate. I have tried rebooting everything, offloading the app in iOS, removing the device from BT and re pairing it but with no luck. Supposed to get an email within two days after the request was entered

@Stu06 Update #20001.214.24 is the firmware version on your Sense 2. You are describing an issue with the Fitbit app. Do you use an Android or iPhone? App issues are usually limited to one platform, not both. This post can get moved to the appropriate app forum, where you might get more help.

Yes I can’t get my weekly steps report on the fit bit app!! I’m deleted restarted uninstalled reinstalled and spent hours trying to sort this issue and still no luck!! I’d like to know what happens now?? All was fine up until yesterday and now I can only get daily steps yet I can still get weekly zone minutes, also can’t get energy weekly or the miles come on fit bit please can you fix this!!! I’ve also done everything suggested by advisor in help section to no avail!

I'm glad to inform you this issue has been already escalated and our team is currently aware of the situation. They are currently working towards a solution.
In addition, some users have been able to resolve this by uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app. I'm sorry to know you are still having the same issue event after trying this @kimm63.
In the mean time i recommend that you keep your Fitbit app up to date as the fix is usually released as an update. See How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app? for instructions.

my issue was resolved when I deleted and reinstalled the app finally. I had been avoiding that to avoid possible issues with my historical data but that became a non-issue.
