I used to love my fitbit for the past four years. Now I can't access my fitbit because it says I switched to Google. I don't have or want a Google account. Now my fitbit is a $300 piece of junk. Worthless if I can't access my data and I shouldn't be forced to open a Google account.

Welcome to the community forums, @FitbitUser0424.
I understand your concern and thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the migration process. Just to clarify, this is a step that each user can complete individually through the Fitbit app. You can find more information here.
If your account has already migrated to Google but your credentials don't work to log into your account, I'd advise reaching out to our Support team for further assistance. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further. I’ll keep an eye out for your response specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.

Agreed. Loved how things just worked with Fitbit previously. Unfortunately you have no option but to migrate to Google before the end of February otherwise you will lose ‘all’ your data. Just be careful during that process though as strange things can happen. I’m unable to migrate due to a fake Fitbit associated with my Google account which they claim to not be able to remove so i’m going to have to buy another device that doesn’t require Google before that February date.

Hi there, @Hammerpgh.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about Fitbit and the migration process. The intention behind this migration is to consolidate your Fitbit data and access all Google services, with a single login. I understand where you're coming from and I apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing.
I can see that you already contacted our Support team and my best advice is to keep an open communication with them in order to receive assistance. Please note that you can try deleting the other Fitbit account to then connect your Google email with your active Fitbit account.
