Unable to access Fitbit app with Google

I used to love my fitbit for the past four years. Now I can't access my fitbit because it says I switched to Google. I don't have or want a Google account. Now my fitbit is a $300 piece of junk. Worthless if I can't access my data and I shouldn't be forced to open a Google account.

I understand your concern and thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the migration process. Just to clarify, this is a step that each user can complete individually through the Fitbit app. You can find more information here.

If your account has already migrated to Google but your credentials don't work to log into your account, I'd advise reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.
